Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 3 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Core Sales (the “Service”). By creating an account, or by using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts and companies

The Service is sold to organisations. When you sign up you create a company workspace and become its first administrator. You confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation, and that the information you give us is accurate.

New companies are reviewed before they are activated. We may decline a registration, and we are not obliged to give a reason.

Administrators may invite other users and assign them roles. Your organisation is responsible for everything done under its account, including by the users it invites.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes, and comply with the laws that apply to you.
  • Do not attempt to access another organisation’s data, probe or disrupt the Service, or work around its access controls or usage limits.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or share access with anyone outside your organisation.

3. Recording calls and conversations

The Service can record and transcribe sales conversations. Recording laws differ by jurisdiction and often require the consent of some or all participants.

You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent the law requires before you record, and for telling participants that a recording is being made. We provide the tool; we do not obtain consent on your behalf.

4. Your data

You keep all rights in the data your organisation puts into the Service, including customer records, recordings, transcripts and reports. We do not sell it.

You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and transmit that data in order to operate the Service for you, including sending it to the sub-processors described in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the right to provide that data to us, including any personal information about your customers and staff.

5. Automated features

The Service uses automated transcription and generates written reports and summaries. Both can be inaccurate or incomplete. Pricing, finance and commission figures the Service calculates are provided for your convenience.

Review this output before you rely on it, quote it to a customer, or use it to make a decision. You remain responsible for what you present and for the agreements you enter into.

6. Trials, fees and billing

New companies start on a trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Fees, the billing period and the number of seats are those stated when you subscribe.

Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change our prices, and will give reasonable notice before a change takes effect for your organisation.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service, our users, or a third party.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we are required to suspend by law, or whose fees are unpaid.

After termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, and will then delete it in the ordinary course. Ask us before you close an account if you need an export.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Except where the law does not allow it to be excluded, the Service is provided “as is” and we make no warranty that it will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees your organisation paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will give notice through the Service or by email before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be raised through Report a problem in the app, or with your organisation’s administrator, who can pass them to us.
